hey pop,
Meaford run was pretty good, i had to use your work shoes because i forgot mine. I got blisters on the soles of both my feet almost 2 inches long in the middle of the run. i was slowed down quite a bit.
so basically i sucked because of my forgetfulness. however i won a pair of Nordic skis in the draw!!
so thats good, I was 29 16 min =( , laura was behind me 34 min or something, she complained of a blister that was barely half a centimeter long!!
poor mom had to run with Crissy who couldn't shut up.
and this ancient Greek unit assignment is killing me
but the thought of a spare next year keeps me going.
However i did find out that the movie 300 is based on actual history of the Persian wars and the basis of the story is actually sorta accurate
bob and shirl say hi.
good luck with the rest and keep your cool with the guys messiness. If they wanna live in filth, let em.
thats all for today

Great work you guys, sorry I missed you in Winnipeg. You guys were just too fast for me! The conference I was at was on Climate Change. I calculated your carbon footprint for your trip. You may have to buy some offsets for the RV, but the 2 bicycles made up for it!
Keep up the great work!

Hi It seems that there have been some minor inconveniences during your journey, compared what the individuals of the cause you are riding for have had to endure in their lives. Best wishes for continued luck and sucess in your travels for this worth cause.
