No significant rain today, hurray. There were only about 40 smaller hills on the way to Espanola about 65 km west of Sudbury. we crossed the half way point along the transcanada highway yesterday, the plaque shown above.  We met David Shulman from Toronto who is also doing a cross canada ride along with his wife who drives their van. He was a very pleasant person who had done canada ironman as I did about 3 to 4 years ago. He is riding to conquer of Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD), which are painful conditions. His website is http://www.rsdcanada.org. After his wife gave us some of her special chocolate chip banana bread we were on our way again. We biked about 230km today.
