Aug 1st
We left quebec city late about 10:30am. Brian was enthralled with the old quebec bridge which is made with steel, nuts and bolts. See picture. We met Aaron from newfoundland who is biking solo from vancouver to st. johns, nfl. We gave him a spineride t-shirt, two packs of cookies and a diet pepsi. He was very interested in the rv and our ride. We had a nice talk and we were off again but we definitely will not reach riviere du loup tonight. We stopped in the church parking lot in a small town, riviere ouelle, about 65 km from riviere du loup. Brian spoke to someone who gave us permission to stay in the parking lot. For once it was very quiet at night, no train whistles!!
