July 14^th

At about 630pm we left winnipeg for what we thought was about 60 km west.  pictured is a shot from inside the rv at the famous confusion corner in winnipeg.  we did manage to find our way though.  once on the road again, the shoulder was again missing is places and reg had to follow us with the rv. When the shoulder was good, reg goes ahead of us. About an hour into this we saw reg ahead by the rv. This time there was a large puddle of green antifreeze fluid by the front grill on the ground. The rv, named Sally a couple of weeks ago, had overheated. The reservoir antifreeze tank was empty and stream was coming out. The engine was turned off and reg said the temperature was above the red line! I could hear the water boiling in the turned off engine. She was very hot indeed. We never did find out why the rv overheated. We decided to have reg drive the rv about 15 km to the next service station and top it up with antifreeze. We met him there and called it a night in a small place called Richer, Manitoba. We had dinner at the truck stop which was not bad. We slept at the truck stop after watching a movie.  i missed seeing Darin, michele's cousin from california who will be in winnipeg tomorrow.  were going to kenora tomorrow.
